1. How long will it take for a pickup order to be ready?
Items that we have in-store can be picked up on the same day. Items that need to be ordered may take up to 3-5 days to be ready.
2. Are open-box items the same as used appliances?
Our open-box items are new products that have never been used. We test every unit to ensure they are free of functional damage. They may contain cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and incomplete packaging.
3. What is covered under warranty?
All products defects within one year of purchase are fully covered for parts and service. Excludes issues caused by user error.
